Booking direct with Sunset Suites

1. Complete our ONLINE ENQUIRY FORM. We assure a reply within 24 hours. IMPORTANT:Include the apartment you would like to rent, the exact dates required and the number of guests. When possible try to provide us with a second or third choice of apartments or dates in case your first choice is unavailable.
   
2. Once we have confirmed availability, we ask that you reconfirm with us that you wish to precede with the booking by completing our ONLINE BOOKING FORM or if preferred we can email the booking conditions with the booking form. Complete, sign and return to us with the required payment to secure the booking.
   
   Note: We have a 7 night minimum stay for bookings made more than one month in advance. This may be flexible subject to availability.

Payments

1. We require a non-refundable one-night deposit to secure the booking. Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until we receive the completed and signed booking form together with the deposit. A booking confirmation will be sent accordingly.
2. The outstanding balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. The arrival instructions will be sent out once full payment has been received.
3. For peak period bookings (December and January), a second deposit of $500.00 is required by 1 September.
4. Failure to comply with the payment due dates can result to cancellation of booking.
5. We require full payment of any bookings made 2 weeks prior to arrival.

We have Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club card facilities.Please note that there is a 3% surcharge on American Express and Diners cards. Payment can also be made by direct deposit, please advise by telephone or email if you prefer this option.

Cancellations

ALL DEPOSITS are non-refundable. Under no circumstances will the deposit be returned. Other payments are also non refundable UNLESS we are able to rebook the apartment for your dates. If we succeed in rebooking the apartment, a refund less fees will be paid accordingly.

Sunset Suites will not be held responsible for cancellations of ANY REASON therefore we highly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance in place.

Security and Bond

Whilst we appreciate that you will take care of our apartments, we ask that you provide a credit card number as security against any accidental damage or losses.The loss of key or remote control attracts the following charges:

• Loss of key - $100.00 per key
• Loss of remote control - $150.00 per remote control

Accidental damage will be charged accordingly and at our own discretion.

Arrivals and Departures

Check in is at 2.00 p.m. and checkout is at 10.00 a.m. promptly. We will endeavour to arrange an early check in for guests arriving from interstate or overseas, however please remember that the previous guests have not checked out until 10.00 am and the apartments must be thoroughly cleaned.

Servicing
A complimentary weekly service is provided for all bookings longer than seven days. Additional service costs will vary depending on the size of apartment. 

Airport Transfer
Please ask if you wish us to arrange airport transfer with a private chauffeur service.

Parties

We understand that you may wish to entertain friends and family whilst you are staying in the apartments but we would appreciate it if you would discuss with us any arrangements you may wish to make for larger gatherings.In any case we ask that you respect the neighbours.

Telephone and Internet

There are telephone facilities in each apartment enabling you to receive calls and make a minimum number of local calls.For calls to mobiles, National and International calls, you must use a phone card or an International calling card. Each apartment is also equipped with complimentary high-speed broadband Internet connection (and wireless in some). This is for incoming and outgoing emails only and must not be used for downloading files.

Smoking Policy

Sunset Suites has a very strict NO SMOKING policy. If there is any evidence of smoking in any of our apartments there will be an automatic direct debit of $200.00 into your credit card.
