Gino’s... Takes us 1 minute to get here from the front door of Cino.

This is Freo. When Gino Saccone (1937-2001) got fed up with the poor coffee on offer, he closed down his men’s wear shop and opened Gino’s Trattoria in 1983. Since that time and through the heady days of the America’s Cup, many cafes have come and gone but one constant has been Gino’s on the corner of Market Street and South Terrace, the gateway to Fremantle’s famous Cappucino Strip.

Little Creatures...What a fantastic atmosphere and backs right on to fishing boat harbour.

Starting life sometime around the "turn of the century", Little Creatures Brewing was born out of the love of great beer. Taking the shell of an old boat yard on the water in Fremantle (which had just been given up as a crocodile farm!) a modest brew house and packaging line was designed and built from scratch.

Kailis... At least once a week we go here for our fish and chip fix.

Maya... Again 1 minute from the front door, simply the best we've ever had.

Sandrinos... We'd eat here every night if we could and the service is awesome.

Sandrino’s is one of Fremantle's most popular eateries. The menu is influenced by the flavours of the Adriatic and Sandrino’s prides itself on real wood fired pizza and fresh local seafood. The service is fast and friendly with an atmosphere that oozes Fremantle. As authentic as you could want, a sense of realism overwhelms you. Pizza ovens take over the restaurant and tempt you to try to make a choice from the range of pizzas on offer. Of course, you'll have to keep coming back to get through the whole menu!

Norfolk... Loud, lively and a great buzz watch out for some great live music in the basement.

The Norfolk Hotel is a Fremantle icon that has been the social hub of the harbour city since opening as Oddfellows Hotel in 1887. Re-modelled, and re-opened, as the Norfolk Hotel almost 100 years later in preparation for the America’s Cup defence, the corner pub is still the most engaging, eclectic and entertaining destination in Freo. Offering quality food, wine & beer and the best intimate live & original venue in Fremantle, the Norfolk has the total package. The Norfolk is a ritual for the locals and a must for the visitor. We’ve grown up with our mature crowd and continually attract the next generation. The Norfolk Hotel really is something for everyone.

The Left Bank...Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner it's all here just sit and watch the boats.

Walk upstairs at The Left Bank and you will discover the restaurant. Taking pride of place in one of the most magnificent buildings in the Fremantle area, the Restaurant boasts the complete package of picturesque location, delicious food and notable wines. Having been a multiple Gold Plate Award winner, you can be rest assured you will have a great meal from the freshest local ingredients available, whilst enjoying the magnificent view of The Swan River. The cafe is located downstairs and is ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can stop by for a hearty breakfast, a light snack or a great cup of specially blended coffee. There are two bars at the Left Bank and with live entertainment every week and of course the famous Sunday session, The Left Bank really is one of the best nights out around.
